From Dallas, Texas: Take I-30 north to Little Rock, AR, then I-40 to Conway, where you exit north on U.S. 65 to Marshall. Continue north to Arkansas 235. Drive NE for 19 miles to Arkansas 14. Drive north 0.5 mile to US 62/412, entering Yellville. Turn right and drive NE 21 miles to Mountain Home. Twin Lakes Leisure Inn is located at the 8th stoplight, 963 Hwy 62B.

From Memphis, Tennessee: Take I-40 West to Exit 277 I-55 N (to Blytheville/Jonesboro) and drive on I-55 North. Drive 16 miles to Exit 23B US 63N (to Marked Tree/Jonesboro). Bear right and drive northwest for 85 miles to US 62/412 at Imboden. Continue west for 84 miles to Mountain Home and take Hwy 62B into Mountain Home. Twin Lakes Leisure Inn is at the fourth stoplight, on the right.

From Tulsa, Oklahoma: Take US 412 east to Siloam Springs, AR, then follow US 412 to Alpena, AR. At Alpena, take US 62/412 east to Mountain Home.

From Kansas City, Missouri: Take US 71 south to Harrisonville, then Missouri 7 to Clinton. From Clinton, take Missouri 13 to Springfield. Take I-44 east to US 65, then south to US 60. Take US 60 east to Mansfield, Missouri, then Missouri 5 to the state line, where the highway becomes Arkansas 5. Take Arkansas 5 to Mountain Home.

From St. Louis, Missouri: Take I-44 south to Lebanon, Missouri. Then take Missouri 5 south through Ava, Mansfield, and Gainesville to the state line, where the highway becomes Arkansas 5. Take Arkansas 5 to Mountain Home.
